In my early thirties I decided to change direction and I started to study at the Japanese School of Shiatsu directed by Emili Estivill.

I not only learned a profession but also a new way to understand myself, to understand others and my surroundings.

I clearly remember my three years at the Japanese School of Barcelona with Emili, Miguel López, Cristina Morales, Amparo Chiva, Susan kempster and Shigueru Onoda’s seminars amongst other teachers.

I graduated in 2005 and that is when I started on my path towards becoming a Shiatsu practioner, bidding farewell to some things which had accompanied me and embracing others that were awaiting me.

I extended my training in Prana (the Palombini method), in Ismet, Cenac, L’Eix with Blandine Calais, Dojo Asai with Hideo Asai, with Champaka Yosie, Toni Sánchez, Silvia López, Josep Lupión, Yakov Gershkovich.

Improving and acquiring skills in Lymphatic Drainage, Visceral Anatomy, Sotai Ho, Tui Na, kinesio Japanese taping, Energy Dietetics, Ito Thermie, Sound Massage, Chi Nei Tsang, Maderotherapy, Japanese Facial Massage and Sculptural Face Lifting.

I took advantage of the vital turnaround of the pandemic and lockdown to start with Japanese Acupuncture online with Rumi Fukunaga Sensei and René Cardozo. Later I continued the training with a mixed in-person and online system with Toru Nakamura, also in Japanese Acupuncture.

I am currently expanding my training in Japanese acupuncture in-person to continue offering and creating new methods for promoting wellbeing and working holistically.

For 15 years I have had my own Shiatsu and Body Work practice in Barcelona.

I have always had a keen interest in mindful exercise such as Hatha and Nidra Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Diafreotherapy, Feldenkrais, Therese Bertherat’s ‘Anti-gymnastics’, Sensory Awareness, and Gremme method amongst others.

Shiatsu and everything related to it has made me more centred, given me more energy and direction and many people treated over the years have also felt this way too in their personal process.

I feel deeply grateful to all those who during this time have been my Teachers: Professors, Clients and Colleagues who have accompanied me and continue to inspire me on this path.

Shiatsu for me is above all physical, mental, energetic and spiritual well-being, it is the appropriate stimulus to return and maintain our natural balance.

I offer you a complete Wellness practice with personalized and honest attention.
